3DWork's believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the execution process has started basis the order.
  • 3DWork's does not accept cancellation requests unless the customer establishes that the quality of product/service delivered is not at par to the standards of requirements that was communicated or agreed upon.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  • In case you feel that the Product / Service received is not as per the scope of the project defined by you or as was mutually agreed upon, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of 3DWork's. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of 3DWork's will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
